Doors Open Day is an annual festival that sees organisations and volunteers across Scotland offer FREE access to sites, events and tours. Moray is taking part on the 24th of September this year and we have a fantastic line up for you!

The aim of Doors Open Days is to ensure that Scotland’s spaces and stories, new and old, are made accessible to people living and visiting the country.

It is coordinated nationally by the Scottish Civic Trust and is part of European Heritage Days alongside Scottish Archaeology Month, coordinated by Archaeology Scotland. Both are supported by Historic Environment Scotland.

Regional coordinators create and manage local programmes and work for a variety of local authorities, civic trusts and heritage organisations.
