WorldHost is an internationally recognised customer service qualification and the programme brings about a new industry benchmark that businesses can use to ensure that high quality customer service standards are being utilised and maintained.

If at least half a business’s front line staff successfully participate in WorldHost training, the business can apply for ‘WorldHost Business’ designation. And if 25% of eligible Moray Speyside businesses achieve WorldHost Business designation, the whole region will be recognised as a ‘WorldHost Destination’, giving us a competitive advantage over competing destinations.
