About Us

A few miles to the south of Forres lies the stunning Lochindorb. The castle ruins in the centre of the loch were home to 'The Wolf of Badenoch', an infamous character responsible for carrying out raids on forres and burning down the elgin cathedral which was home to the bishops of moray.
The original castle is believed to have been built between 1258 and 1275.

Fishing at Logie includes opportunities for salmon and trout fly-fishing in the River Findhorn and wild brown trout fishing in Lochindorb.
